We had a party this past weekend at our home catered by Culinary by Julie. It was a real pleasure to work with Julie, who listened to what we wanted, made suggestions as we asked for them, and provided both excellent service and truly delicious food. The guests of honor asked for flourless chocolate cake, cheesecake, and pie for dessert, and Julie and her team set up this lovely table. The Thai fish was especially scrumptious, with a supporting cast of roasted vegetables, roasted new potatoes with grilled onions (yum), challah rolls, and Greek and garden salads with an array of dressings. The crowd could not stop talking about how much they loved the food.I also appreciated how supportive and unobtrusive Julie's staff were. They served drinks and presided over the wine bar and made sure that the food that was left over would still be good for our later enjoyment. It was a stellar experience. Julie and her staff made things as low-stress as I could want considering there were about 45 people at our house for lunch. Highly recommend!
